The interest in quality and to experiment with honorable traditional cooking in combination with new and thrilling ingredients have always been very much at heart with our cooks at Villa Aske. Our food philosophy is based on locally grown produce of superior quality and the delicacies of the season, prepared with French and Italian influences. 

At Villa Aske food and drink are a vital part of the conference and we want it to be an experience for all senses.  From the warm aroma of freshly baked bread in the morning, the lunch buffet’s spectrum of reds, yellows and greens, to the savoring of dinner’s dessert that slowly melts on your tongue in a perfect harmony of tart and sweet.
