A Feast for the Eyes and Palate

Aske is always happy to throw a party, with exquisite food and drink, where the menu is a delight for both the eyes and palate alike.  Here we present a sample of our banquet menus, which vary according to the season and your wishes.  Feel free to ask our chef for more suggestions.


A Well-Assorted Wine Cellar and Bar
Aske has a well-assorted wine cellar and a well-stocked bar.  We gladly provide you with suggestions for suitable drink to complement a tasty dinner or one of our gourmet-inspired banquet menus.


Bassi’s Italian Buffet

An Italian-inspired buffet dedicated to Aske’s Italian architect Carlos Bassi, consisting of for example: Pizza with Parma ham, ruccola, pesto and buffalo mozerella; Grilled veal and fresh pasta with parsley, scallop shish kebab, Italian sausages, cheeses, desserts…


Aske’s Castle Menu

For you anniversary dinner or 50th birthday celebration, our Castle menu is fitting with among others: Baked lobster with whitefish roe; Filet of veal with truffle gravy; Angler Fish with chanterelle-filled canola and mocha mouse with barol pears.
